• Phone number — to return your quote and confirm the arrival window.
• Email address — to send written quotes, confirmations, and invoices.
• Property address or city — to confirm the job is in our service area and to route the crew.
• Job details — stump count, diameter, access notes, timing, and any photos you choose to send.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to prepare a flat-rate quote, schedule and complete the work, communicate about the job, and send an invoice. We may keep basic job records so we can answer questions about past work.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, form delivery, email, and scheduling tools — and only as needed to do the job. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Photos and job site images

Photos you send us are used to price and plan the work. We will not publish photos of your property in marketing materials without your permission.

Retention

We keep quote requests and job records only as long as needed for business and tax recordkeeping, then delete or archive them.
